CMS Proposes Changes to Employee Building Pass File System Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing modifications to the Employee Building Pass File (EBP) System, a system of records, to simplify its identification number and expand disclosure to CMS grantees, while deleting an outdated routine use authorization.
