U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Subsequent Arrangement for Uranium Fuel Transfer to France

The U.S. Department of Energy is issuing a notice under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 for a proposed subsequent arrangement to retransfer 2,442,308 kg of Natural UF6 containing 1,651,000 kg of Uranium from Areva Resources Canada Inc to Eurodif Production in France for use as nuclear power reactor fuel
