EPA Proposes Nonattainment and Reclassification of Imperial County Ozone Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the Imperial County area has failed to meet the 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard by June 15, 2007, and will be reclassified as a moderate area, with a new attainment date of no later than June 15, 2010.
