United States Army Restricted Area Established in Kuluk Bay, Adak, Alaska for Security and Safety of Sea Based Radar

The Corps of Engineers has issued a final rule to establish a restricted area within Kuluk Bay, Adak, Alaska, to safeguard the Sea Based Radar, its crew, and other vessels, and to ensure public safety through navigation chart markings.
