FMCSA Requests Public Comment on Revised Hours of Service Regulations

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on its plan to revise the Hours of Service (HOS) regulations for commercial motor vehicle drivers, which will require drivers to maintain a record of duty status (RODS) and supporting documents for a minimum of 6 years.
