Dart Transit Company Seeks Exemption from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for Owner-Operators

Dart Transit Company has submitted an application to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for an exemption from certain hours-of-service regulations, allowing 200 of its owner-operators to drive up to 11 hours within a 24-hour period and complete a minimum of 6 consecutive off-duty hours between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
