SEC Grants Accelerated Approval to Proposed Rule Changes for Class Gate Elimination

The American Stock Exchange LLC, Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated, International Securities Exchange, LLC, Boston Stock Exchange, Inc., NYSE Arca, Inc., and Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. have filed proposed rule changes to eliminate the Class Gate, a trading mechanism. The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted accelerated approval to these changes.
