PBGC Requests OMB Approval of Multiemployer Plan Regulations Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on its plan to extend approval of information collections related to multiemployer plans under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), which is currently set to expire. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will review the request and may extend the approval period.
