EPA and Army Corps of Engineers Extend Public Comment Period on Clean Water Act Jurisdiction Guidance

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are extending the public comment period on their guidance regarding Clean Water Act jurisdiction following the U.S. Supreme Court's Rapanos decision by 45 days, from June 8, 2007, to July 23, 2007.
