Turbomeca Arriel 2S1 and 2S2 Turboshaft Engines: New Airworthiness Directive Adopted

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Turbomeca Arriel 2S1 and 2S2 turboshaft engines, issued in response to mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to address an unsafe condition on these engines.
