FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Highway Project in Illinois

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared for a proposed highway project spanning Christian, Shelby, Fayette, Marion, Clinton, Jefferson, and Washington Counties in Illinois.
