USIBWC Publishes Final Environmental Assessment and FONSI for Rio Grande Flood Control Project Improvements

The USIBWC has made available a Final Environmental Assessment and FONSI for the Main and North Floodways Levee System improvements in the Lower Rio Grande Flood Control Project, located in Hidalgo, Cameron, and Willacy Counties, Texas, as required by NEPA regulations.
