BIS Updates Export Administration Regulations Legal Authority Citations

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has updated the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) legal authority citations for the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to align with the Office of the Federal Register's policy of using United States Code citations, without changing the EAR text.
