US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds China Subsidies on Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube

The US Department of Commerce has found that producers and exporters of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China are receiving countervailable subsidies, which could lead to higher US prices.
