EPA Approves Massachusetts State Implementation Plan Revision to Implement Clean Air Interstate Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Massachusetts, which meets the requirements of the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and will participate in the EPA-administered cap-and-trade program addressing NOx ozone-season emissions.
