Mandatory Provision of Full Replacement Value Coverage by Department of Defense Personal Property Transportation Service Providers (TSPs)/Contractors

The Department of Defense (DOD) has mandated that Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) and contractors offer Full Replacement Value (FRV) coverage to Department of Defense (DOD) personnel for personal property, effective immediately. This requirement replaces a previously published notice in the Federal Register on December 15, 2006, and updates the implementation timeline for providing FRV for loss/damage protection.
