Request for Public Comment on CAFTA-DR Due Diligence Requirement

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) is seeking public comments on the due diligence requirement under the Commercial Availability procedures of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR) by January 2, 2008, to be submitted to R. Matthew Priest, Chairman of CITA, at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
