US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Laminated Woven Sacks from China
The US Department of Commerce has determined that producers and exporters of laminated woven sacks from China are receiving subsidies, and that critical circumstances exist, affecting US imports of the product.
