EPA Grants Partial Objection to Wisconsin's Clean Air Act Operating Permit for Walnut Street Heating Plant

The EPA Administrator has partially denied a petition by the Sierra Club to object to a Clean Air Act operating permit issued for the Wisconsin Department of Administration's Walnut Street Heating Plant, allowing the plant to continue operations with certain restrictions.
