EPA Proposes Approval of Wisconsin Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Wisconsin's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that allow the state to issue a construction permit waiver to certain minor sources, enabling them to start construction before receiving a permit, and charging a fee for the waiver.
