EPA Proposes Revision to Missouri State Implementation Plan to Include De Minimus Emission Levels for PM 2.5

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) to amend the General Conformity Rule, ensuring consistency with the Federal General Conformity Rule, and to include de minimus emission levels for Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM 2.5 ) in the state plan.
