Department of Education Publishes New System of Records for Migrant Student Information Exchange

The Department of Education has published a new system of records, the Migrant Student Information Exchange, to electronically exchange health and educational information about migrant students participating in the Migrant Education Program, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
