Regulatory Committee to Establish Proxy Groups for Calculating Pipeline Equity Returns; Invitation to Technical Conference and Request for Further Input

The regulatory committee is forming proxy groups to determine the return on equity for gas and oil pipelines. The committee is also inviting industry experts to attend a technical conference to provide additional comments on the matter.
