Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone at Navy Pier East in Chicago Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict vessel traffic in a portion of the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan Zone on December 4, 2007, to protect vessels and people from hazards associated with fireworks displays at Navy Pier East in Chicago Harbor.
