EPA Denies Petition to Revoke All Tolerances for Pesticide Dichlorvos (DDVP)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied a petition filed by the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) on June 2, 2006, to revoke all pesticide tolerances for dichlorvos (DDVP) under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
