SEC Grants Accelerated Approval for ISE Rule Change on Options Underlying Securities

The International Securities Exchange, LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to the Securities and Exchange Commission, which, if approved, will update the criteria for securities underlying options traded on the exchange. The SEC has granted accelerated approval of the rule change, allowing it to take effect sooner than usual.
