New York Stock Exchange LLC Filing: Proposed Rule Change to Mandatory Education Requirement for Trading License Holders

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to clarify that its mandatory education requirement applies to all individuals qualified to use a trading license, and to address changes in the delivery of education programs to its members.
