American Stock Exchange LLC Filing for Proposed Rule Change on Proprietary Trading

American Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to establish a riskless principal and other exceptions to its rules prohibiting members' proprietary trading while in possession of like or better-priced customer orders, which would take effect immediately.
