Department of the Army to Grant Partially Exclusive Patent License to Linear Systems

The Department of the Army is providing notice of its intention to grant a partially exclusive patent license to Linear Systems, a California-based company, for its ARL patent application related to image super resolution technology, developed by inventor Shiqiong Susan Young.
