EPA Extends Temporary Exemption for Bacillus Thuringiensis Vip3Aa19 Protein in Cotton

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended a temporary exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Bacillus thuringiensis Vip3Aa19 protein in cotton, allowing its continued use as a plant-incorporated protectant (PIP) until May 1, 2009.
