Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Comment Request; Prepayment of Direct Loans on Section 202 and 202/8 Projects With Inclusion of FHA Mortgage Insurance Guidelines

The Department is seeking public input on a proposed information collection requirement related to direct loans for Section 202 and 202/8 projects, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
