SEC Approves Nuveen Commodities Fund's Proposed Rule Change for Listing and Trading of Trust Units

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change by the American Stock Exchange LLC, allowing the listing and trading of trust units of the Nuveen Commodities Income and Growth Fund on the exchange.
