DOE Accepts Claims for Reimbursement of Remedial Action Costs at Uranium and Thorium Processing Sites

The Department of Energy has accepted claims for reimbursement of costs related to remedial action at uranium and thorium processing sites, with $5.115 million now available for eligible licensees under the Title X Uranium and Thorium Reimbursement Program, as requested in the FY 2026 Congressional Budget Request.
