Coast Guard Updates Operating Regulation for Louisiana Bridge

The US Coast Guard is modifying its rules for the State Route 23 vertical lift bridge in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, by removing a provision that allowed the bridge to be closed to navigation on the last weekend in October.
