EPA Requests OMB Review and Approval for Renewal of Pesticide Recordkeeping Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a renewal of an existing information collection, which pertains to recordkeeping requirements for pesticide producers under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). This request is made in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), and is associated with EPA ICR No. 0143.10 and OMB Control No. 2070-0028.
