EPA Promulgates Water Quality Standards for Puerto Rico

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is implementing Puerto Rico's existing antidegradation policy for waters in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico by adding federal antidegradation implementation methods to the island's water quality standards, following a court order.
