EPA Intends to Grant Exclusive Patent License for Biomass Concentrator Reactor

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking written objections to grant an exclusive, royalty-bearing license to Purestream ES, L.L.C. for the use of a patented biomass concentration reactor, with a deadline for objections set at 15 days from the notice date.
