EPA Proposes Approval of Illinois SIP Revision for Cromwell-Phoenix's CI Packaging Facility

The EPA is proposing to approve a revision to the Illinois State Implementation Plan to incorporate site-specific VOC regulations for Cromwell-Phoenix's Corrosion Inhibiting packaging production facility in Alsip, Illinois, adjusting the standard from Illinois' paper coating regulations.
