NASA to Grant Partially Exclusive License to Kratos Defense and Security Solutions

NASA announces its intention to grant a partially exclusive license to Kratos Defense and Security Solutions to practice a fiber optic liquid mass flow sensor and method in the US, as outlined in US Patent Application Serial No. 11/543,284.
