EPA Submits Renewal of Benzene Emissions Collection for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew its Information Collection Request (ICR) for Benzene Emissions from Coke By-Product Recovery Plants, which is part of the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulations.
