Notice of Request for Approval of an Information Collection: Customer/Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service plans to conduct customer/stakeholder satisfaction surveys for the National Animal Health Monitoring System and the National Veterinary Services Laboratories, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
