Bureau of Reclamation and Yuba County Water Agency Finalize Environmental Impact Report for Proposed Lower Yuba River Accord

The Bureau of Reclamation and Yuba County Water Agency have completed a final environmental impact report for the Proposed Lower Yuba River Accord, a plan to address instream flow issues and provide revenue for local flood control and water supply projects, while also supporting the CALFED Program and improving statewide water management.
