MMS Information Collection Activity: NEW Information Collection; Lease of Submerged Lands for Alternative Energy Activities on the OCS; Comment Request

The U.S. Minerals Management Service (MMS) is seeking public comments on a new information collection request related to leasing submerged lands on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) for alternative energy activities. The request is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and concerns the paperwork requirements for a new form, MMS-0001, which will be used to enter into leasing agreements for data collection and technology testing on the OCS.
