CITA Seeks Public Comments on Potential NAFTA Rule Modification for Rayon Fibers

The Chairman of CITA received a request from the National Textile Association to consider modifying the North American Free Trade Agreement's rule of origin for textile products to allow the use of non-North American rayon fibers, excluding 'lyocell', in order to address supply chain issues and potentially implement an agreement with other NAFTA countries.
