EPA Proposes Revision to Nebraska State Implementation Plan to Address Interstate Air Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a revision to Nebraska's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to approve the state's actions to address the 'good neighbor' provisions of the Clean Air Act, which require states to prevent air pollution from affecting neighboring states' air quality through interstate transport.
