Revocation and Redelegation of Authority Under the Age Discrimination Act of 1975

The Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) has revoked all prior redelegations of authority under the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and redelegated this authority to the General Deputy Assistant Secretary for FHEO, with certain exceptions, and further redelegated authority to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Programs, as well as the Director of the Office of Enforcement and FHEO Region Directors.
