Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Revokes and Redelегates Authority Under Housing and Community Development Act

The Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity has revoked all prior redelegations of authority and redelegated it to the General Deputy Assistant Secretary for FHEO, with certain exceptions, to FHEO headquarters and region office staff, as per Section 561 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987.
