Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier Model CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive for Bombardier Model CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) airplanes to address an unsafe condition identified by the aviation authority of another country.
