US Department of Housing and Urban Development Revokes and Redelегates Authority Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has revoked all redelegations of authority under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 made by the Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) and is redelegating this authority to the General Deputy Assistant Secretary, with exceptions, and further redelegating it to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Programs, Director of the Office of Enforcement, and FHEO Region Directors, as noted.
