HUD Revokes and Redelегates Authority for Fair Housing Enforcement

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has revoked all prior redelegations of authority for enforcing Title I, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and redelegated certain authority to HUD headquarters and regional offices, effective immediately.
